Notary Public
We are a public servant appointed by the State of Iowa to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths. Documents to be notarized can be wills, deed, or power of attorney. You will need personal identification to complete this legal process. Personal identification can be classified as any legal document with your picture, physical description and address on it such as your drivers license, military ID or a passport.
